ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sarah
Founder of Next Steps ADHD Coaching
I’ve spent more than 20 years working with young people as a teacher and ALNCo (SENCo), and over that time I saw the same thing happen again and again. Families waited months or years for an assessment, finally got a diagnosis… and then were left with no real guidance for day‑to‑day life.
Young people were still struggling. Parents were still overwhelmed. Everyone was trying to figure out what to do next.
My journey into ADHD coaching isn’t just professional, it’s personal too. Supporting my husband through his ADHD diagnosis and learning how to parent a neurodivergent child showed me the emotional side of all this: the confusion, the relief, the worry, the hope, and the constant “what now?” moments that families quietly carry.
I realised families don’t just need a label. They need understanding. They need strategies. They need someone who genuinely gets it.
That’s why I trained as an ADHD coach

How I Work
I offer a space that feels safe, comfortable, and easy to be in. No judgement, just honest conversations and practical ideas that actually fit real life.
I support young people and young adults to understand how their brain works, notice their strengths, build tools that make life feel steadier, and grow confidence in who they are.
I’m here for parents too, because when you understand what your child needs, things often feel a little easier at home.
