Services

At Next Steps ADHD Coaching, I support teenagers, young adults, and parents with practical, realistic strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable. My sessions are a comfortable space that is tailored to the person in front of me.

Parent Support Sessions

Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel confusing and isolating; and you deserve support too. These sessions give you space to understand your child’s needs, reduce stress at home, and feel more confident in how to help.

  • understanding ADHD in everyday life

  • reducing conflict and overwhelm

  • building routines that work for your family

  • supporting emotional regulation

  • communication strategies

  • helping your child feel understood and valued

Young Adult Coaching (16+)

This stage is full of big transitions; college, uni, moving out, first jobs, new routines, more independence. It’s exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming, especially with ADHD in the mix.

  • managing deadlines

  • staying organised without losing everything

  • building independence (money, routines, life admin)

  • coping with change and uncertainty

  • navigating friendships + relationships

  • understanding ADHD in adult life

  • building confidence + self‑advocacy

Teen Coaching (11–15)

School pressure, friendships, emotions, organisation, motivation; it’s a lot. Coaching gives young people space to understand their brain and build tools that help them feel more in control.

  • managing schoolwork without overwhelm

  • building routines that actually stick

  • understanding emotions + big feelings

  • confidence and self‑esteem

  • organisation and planning

  • reducing conflict at home

  • building self‑advocacy skills (speaking up, asking for help)
